North Island Pride Vendor Application

So, you want to be a vendor at North Island Pride? We would love to have you!
Located in Campbell River on June 27, 2026.
Please read the information below, then fill out the form and click ‘Submit’.
Once you application is submitted, the board will review it and respond by email.
Upon approval, you’ll receive a request for e-transfer for your booth fee.

Types of Vending Spaces and Cost

We have Early Bird Pricing to entice you to apply sooner (this makes our jobs a bit easier on the planning side of things).

*If you would like to request a double space, please indicate this in the Notes section of your application, and we will contact you with further information. (Standard space is 10ft x 10ft)

**If finances are a barrier for you, please let us know in the Notes section of the application, and we will do what we can to help.
